Cashier(s)

Qualified candidates will assist customers with final purchases and answer questions at the checkout counter. Primary job duties include ringing up purchases, answering specific questions about products, services, or policy, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Have the ability to work with computerized cash registers and credit card machines as well as conveyor belts. Responsibilities include keeping the cashiers station clean and sanitary, clean, clean tables and floors, empty garbage and maintain restrooms. Additionally, the work environment requires an ability to multitask, answer customer questions, and respond well under pressure while maintaining excellent customer relationship skills. Candidates will be a self-motivated team player and knowledgeable in the principles of food storage, safety and proper food handling.

Qualifications:

Service Deli Clerk

Qualified candidates must understand inventory control and freshness code rotation. Capable of “High End” restaurant class presentation of all prepared foods and have superior customer service skills. Additionally, the work environment requires an ability to multitask and respond well under pressure while maintaining excellent customer relationship skills. Service Deli Clerks are responsible for preparing, slicing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and merchandising the department’s products. Product knowledge in deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and gourmet items is beneficial. Deli clerks inform customers about our deli products and services and help increase sales by handing out food samples and by recommending additional items to customers. Candidates will be a self-motivated team player and knowledgeable in the principles of food storage, safety and proper food handling.

Qualifications:

Produce Clerk

Qualified candidates must have knowledge of produce and be capable of identifying fruits and vegetables. They date produce when it arrives and see that goods are sold in the order in which they are received. Produce clerks must have the ability to cut, prep, and wrap and rotate merchandise before putting it on display. Additionally, the work environment requires an ability to multitask, answer customer questions, and respond well under pressure while maintaining excellent customer relationship skills. Qualifications:

Café Barista/Service Clerk

Qualified candidate’s primary function of being a barista is to make and serve coffee drinks. They must know recipes for their employers' specialty coffee drinks, as well as how to use the equipment in a cafe. They’ll need to choose and grind coffee beans or educate customers on coffee products. MSM baristas serve bakery items, prepare food, and maintain our yogurt station as well as the salad bar. Responsibilities include keeping the cafe clean and sanitary, clean and organize preparation areas, clean tables and floors. Baristas also stock supplies, both in front of and behind the counter, and monitor food safety and quality within the store. Additionally, the work environment requires an ability to multitask, answer customer questions, and respond well under pressure while maintaining excellent customer relationship skills. Candidates will be a self-motivated team player and knowledgeable in the principles of food storage, safety and proper food handling.

Qualifications:

Chef

Qualified candidates will closely monitor the food which they are preparing in the kitchen. Chefs will perform quality checks on the food items before they are served to the visitors. Apart from preparing the food, they also take a keen interest in preparing the menu, increasing the contacts with the vendors and making sure that the customers are fully satisfied with the service and food provided. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and provide a food preparation checklist. Knowledge in the operations of ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers is required. Monitor food quality while preparing food and determine if they have been cooked sufficiently. Set-up and break down work station. They will maintain and order supplies as well as maintaining a record of the production of the kitchen staff. The quality of the food items will be kept intact by using our standardization of the recipes. They will maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety in the kitchen. Additionally, the work environment requires an ability to multitask, answer customer questions, and respond well under pressure while maintaining excellent customer relationship skills. Qualifications:

Apprentice Chef/Prep Cook

Qualified candidates will be working alongside the Executive Chef on duty that day. We are looking for an individual that has an excellent attention to detail, is highly organized and has a passion for working in a busy kitchen. Previous experience working within a kitchen or similar environment is preferred. Duties also include assisting the Chef in preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods. Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently. Monitor food quality while preparing food. Set-up and break down work station. Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles and wash utensils, knives, and dishware. Additionally, the work environment requires an ability to multitask, answer customer questions, and respond well under pressure while maintaining excellent customer relationship skills. Candidates will be a self-motivated team player and knowledgeable in the principles of food storage, safety and proper food handling.

Qualifications:
